Manufacturing process begins with intake of raw materials, which has beads shape and is delivered with special-purpose transport – polymer carriage. POLEX cooperates only with well-known Russian and European polymer manufacturers who guarantee high quality products.
	First process step is preparation and processing of polymer beads using extrusion method and recovery of polymer tape.
	Using clean and specially prepared compressed air, polymer tape undergoes further processing by means of deep molding and ready goods are made of it – such as polymeric glasses, lids, containers and the like.
	In the process of third manufacturing operation bright multi-colored paint-work is applied to ready goods, after that they are placed in transit pack to be delivered to our Customers. High production standards, accepted by POLEX, guarantee to Customers on-line performance and high quality of goods supplied.
